The Community Media and Technology Infrastructure is building a consortium in order to develop telecommunications and social infrastructure for the City of Troy. The group supports the cable franchise renegotiations and Institutional Network (I-NET) initiatives. Iniial efforts through the Art, Community, and Education (ACE) Lab, the "Art, Community, and Education" course at RPI, and a 24-hour Arts and Education Cable Channel.
